1. SIZING & FIT

Q: How do I know which size will fit me best? A: Since our collections feature modern tailored cuts, we highly recommend checking the specific Size Guide located on each product page. Our measurements are in both cm and inches. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Q: Do your clothes shrink after washing? A: We use pre-shrunk fabrics for the majority of our collection. However, to maintain the integrity of the fibers, we recommend washing in cold water and air-drying or using a low-heat setting.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery to the US/UK usually takes 7-12 business days. For other regions, please allow up to 15-20 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes, MUKAIHUO delivers to most countries globally. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipment. Please contact support@mukaihuo.com immediately for assistance.


4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I initiate a return? A: Simply email us at support@mukaihuo.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with the authorized return address and instructions.


5. QUALITY & SUSTAINABILITY

Q: Where are your clothes manufactured? A: MUKAIHUO is managed by USEEMALL LTD (UK). Our garments are produced in high-standard facilities that specialize in premium menswear, ensuring ethical labor practices and rigorous quality control (QC).

Q: Are the colors I see on screen accurate? A: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and studio lighting, slight color variations may occur.
