3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@mukaihuo.com.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

MUKAIHUO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have any questions regarding import duties.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MUKAIHUO is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us. MUKAIHUO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
