1. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Eligibility Window: We accept return or exchange requests within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unauthorized Returns: We do not accept items sent back to us without prior confirmation from our customer service team.

Important Note: Please DO NOT send your return to the address listed on your shipping label. That is a logistics hub and is not equipped to process returns. Doing so will result in a lost package and a forfeited refund.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To ensure your request is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

Order Number (e.g., #MKH1001)

The specific item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

The reason for the return/exchange.

For exchanges: The link, color, and size of the new item you desire.

Receive Authorization: Once our team approves your request, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Ship & Update: Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service and reply to our email with the tracking number.
3. FEES & COSTS

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a quality defect or a shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Shipping: To show our appreciation, MUKAIHUO will cover the shipping costs for the new replacement item once your return tracking is confirmed.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned products.
4. REFUNDS

Processing Time: Once your return package is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Payment Method: The refund will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Before Shipment: We accept cancellations before the product has been processed or shipped. A full refund will be issued in this case.

After Shipment: We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If you no longer want the item, please follow the return process after the package arrives.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
